All sessions will be recorded and available on config.figma.com the same day.
Config speakers and conference agenda will be shared in February 2024.
Badge pick-up will start on Tuesday, June 25th at 9am PT. The conference doors open on Wednesday, June 26th at 7am with our keynote beginning at 8:45am (we recommend arriving early to get a good seat!) and Config wraps on Thursday, June 27th at 5pm PST.
Your Config pass includes access to keynote and general sessions, plus some surprises along the way. Your pass includes lunch on both days and coffee, water, and snacks throughout the event. Travel and lodging is not included.
Config is being held at Moscone Center South in San Francisco. We recommend using public transportation or your preferred rideshare service to get there. Parking is also available nearby at Fifth and Mission Garage.
Badge pick-up will start on Tuesday, June 20th at 9am PST at Moscone South. Don’t forget to bring a form of identification to check-in!
Yes, we are offering a limited number of scholarships to attend Config. The scholarship program is open to everyone, not just students and scholars. Applications are open from November 14 to January 1. To apply for a scholarship, please fill out this form.

You aren’t able to transfer your ticket to another attendee, but are able to cancel your registration by reaching out to email@example.com.
You'll be able to register for specific breakout session talks on the Config website and mobile app. Show up early and have your mobile app ready to be scanned at the door to get in day of the event. We'll give up your seat 10 minutes before the talk begins if you haven't arrived.
We will be following San Francisco COVID guidelines when it comes to COVID safety. While encouraged, vaccination and masks will not be required at Config 2024. Should the need arise, we reserve the right to implement testing and masks before the event. If so, attendees will receive ample notification. As always, please stay home if you are experiencing any symptoms or have been exposed—we all need to do our part to keep one another healthy.
There will be security and metal detectors on the premises, and valid identification is required at badge-pickup. Please note that Config will be filmed and photographed.
We want to make sure everyone feels welcome and included at Config, so we've arranged for prayer and meditation rooms, nursing or lactation rooms, accessible seating, and ASL interpretation. Do you need an additional accommodation to participate fully in Config? You’re able to share that during registration and a member of our team will reach out to you directly. All responses are confidential.
Bulky bags? Umbrellas? Don’t worry. You can stash those with our coat and bag check at arrival.

When you register for Config, you’ll be sent a confirmation email with a link—hold on to it! You’ll need that link and your email address the day of the event. On the day of the event, use the link from your confirmation email to log in. Your browser should remember you, so you should only need to log in once.
The virtual conference will open 15 minutes before programming begins. When you log in, you’ll automatically be taken to the conference site where you can watch the talks.
Streaming quality will adjust according to your devices’ bandwidth, so make sure your connection is strong! We recommend using Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, or Mozilla Firefox as your browser. The minimum download and upload speed required to join the event without interruption is 2Mbps.
Yes, we will have ASL interpretation.
