Badge pick-up will start on Tuesday, June 20th at 9:00 AM PDT. The conference doors open on Wednesday, June 21st at 7:00 AM PDT with our opening sessions beginning at 8:45 AM PDT (we recommend arriving early to get a good seat!) and Config wraps on Thursday, June 22nd at 5:00 PM PDT.
Your Config pass includes access to the main stage and general sessions (first-come, first-served seating), plus some surprises along the way. Your pass includes lunch on both days and coffee, water, and snacks throughout the event. Travel and lodging are not included. As a bonus, your in-person credentials can be used to access the virtual event.
Config is being held at Moscone Center South in San Francisco. We recommend taking public transportation to get there. You can also check with your hotel to see if they offer a shuttle service. All the hotels that we’ve partnered with for discounted rates are within walking distance of Moscone. Parking is also available nearby at Fifth and Mission Garage.
We're so glad you asked - yes! We will be opening a Slack workspace dedicated to in-person Config attendees from June 5-June 30. You can sign up to get an invite here.
You can access the conference map by downloading the mobile app. Download the "Config 2023" mobile app in the Google Play Store or Apple App Store today. Then in the Menu click “Floor Plans”.
You can add talks by logging in to your account. On the web, click “sign in” (top navigation bar) and drop down to “in-person.” Use your name and email address to log in and add talks to your agenda. You can also download the "Config 2023" mobile app in the Google Play Store or Apple App Store to create your agenda that way!
While we highly encourage you to build your agenda (it’ll help you navigate the conference), sessions are still first come first served.
No worries, all talks (with the exception of those tagged as “in person only”) will be recorded and posted online shortly after Config wraps.
Badge pick-up will start the day before Config. We’ll be open on Tuesday, June 20th from 9:00 AM PDT to 5:00 PM PDT for you to swing by and grab your badge. Don’t forget to bring a form of identification to check-in! To ensure the safety of all attendees, we aren’t able to print new badges. Please do your best to not lose yours.
Can’t make it on June 20th? Badge pickup will begin at 7:00 AM PDT the days of the conference (June 21st + June 22nd). We encourage you to come early to avoid lines.
The event is full and the waitlist is now open. You are not able to transfer your ticket to someone else. If you need a refund for a purchased ticket, email events@figma.com.
Fuel up for Config by grabbing breakfast before heading to the conference. We’ll have lunch for attendees on both days, snacks served throughout the day, and light appetizers and drinks after the sessions on Day 1. If you requested a Kosher or Halal lunch, simply let us know when you arrive for lunch.
Everyone participating in Figma events (in person and virtually) must adhere to our Code of Conduct.
We will be following San Francisco COVID guidelines when it comes to COVID safety. While encouraged, vaccination and masks will not be required at Config 2023. We’ll have them available at registration if you’d like one. Should the need arise, we reserve the right to implement testing and masks before the event. If so, attendees will receive ample notification. As always, please stay home if you are experiencing any symptoms or have been exposed—we all need to do our part to keep one another healthy.
Your safety is our biggest priority. Valid identification is required to pick up your badge. Everyone will be required to go through metal detectors to enter the venue. We’ll also have security throughout the venue to help attendees and address any concerns. To report any emergencies to our Config Incident response team, attendees can call (415) 978-3511.
We want to make sure everyone feels welcome and included at Config, so we've arranged for prayer and meditation rooms, nursing or lactation rooms, accessible seating, and ASL interpretation, CERT monitors, and more
We encourage you to travel light. You’ll get a tote upon arrival, so you can leave your bags behind. There will be an area to check your coats and/or bags should you need it. There are a few things you can’t bring into the venue - click here for a list of prohibited items.
Yes, we’ll have a coat/bag check. You’re welcome to leave your luggage there as well.
The lost and found can be located by visiting the help desk that’s part of the registration area.
You must be 18 years old to attend Config. IDs will be checked upon registration and for any alcohol consumption during the happy hour on Day 1.
Yes! We’d love for you to visit the Figma store and see all the merchandise that’s available on store.figma.com in person! You can shop the store using a debit or credit card. Store hours are Wednesday (June 21st) 10:20 AM PDT - 7:00 PM PDT and Thursday (June 22nd) 11:00 AM PDT - 5:00 PM PDT.

The virtual conference will begin on Wednesday, June 21st at 9:00 AM PDT and wraps on Thursday, June 22nd at 4:00 PM PDT.
There is no log in required to watch the live sessions.
Navigate to the LIVE menu on the top navigation and select the room you want to view, or from the agenda follow the "Go to live" link on any live session.
Streaming quality will adjust according to your device’s bandwidth, so make sure your connection is strong!
Yes, we will have ASL interpretation.
Yes, we will have closed captioning in English, Spanish, French and German. Just click on the CC button and select your language from the drop-down.
