Config London will be held at the ExCel London on May 14, 2025. We recommend you use public transportation or your preferred rideshare to get there, however parking is available onsite. For information about how to get to ExCel using other methods of transport click here.
You can expect a one-day event packed with a fantastic lineup of speakers, creative brand activations, networking opportunities, and so much more. Please note, there is no official Config London after party.
Your Config London pass includes access to all sessions and some surprises along the way. Lunch, coffee, water, and snacks are included with your pass throughout the event day. Travel and lodging are not included.
Config London is the conference for people who build products. Frequent attendees are product designers, developers, marketers, and just about anyone else who touches the product development process.
Yes, all talks will be recorded and available on YouTube the same day.
Yes! Speaker applications for Config Global and Config London are accepted from November 14, 2024 - December 13, 2024. Check out our speaker resources page for more information.
The Leadership Collective is our executive program at Config London. The experience is custom-tailored for executive leaders to network, share ideas, and learn from other visionary leaders from top companies around the world.

Registration
Please visit the Config London website to register for the London-based event.
Yes! Even if you attended Config in 2024, you are required to create a new account when registering for Config London. If you have further questions around your account, please reach out to our support team.
Please reach out to our support team to switch your ticket to virtual attendance. (But we really hope you can join us in person!)
Attendees are permitted to cancel their ticket up until the day before the event. If you cancel your ticket by 11:59PM BST on Monday, May 13, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel after May 13, we will not be able to process a refund.
Tickets can be transferred to someone in your organization. Please reach out to our support team to transfer your ticket.

Yes, you can purchase up to two additional guest tickets for your team at checkout. Once you've purchased guest tickets, you will be able to log in to your Config account to manage tickets, send email invites with individual registration codes, and track invite status to see if your guest invites are pending or registered.
We accept most major credit cards. We cannot accept checks or wire transfers. Config London tickets will be processed in GBP.
Badge pick-up will begin on Tuesday, May 13, at ExCel, London. Check back closer to the event for full registration hours.
No, each attendee must pick up their own badge on site. Please note your government issued ID should match the last name of your Config London ticket for badge pickup. You can enter your preferred name for your name badge during registration.
Accessibility
MOBILITY
ExCel, London is a fully accessible building. If you require mobility assistance on site, there are a limited number of scooters available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please request a mobility aid via ExCel’s request form. Scooters must be returned at the end of each conference day.
NURSING ROOM
We will have a nursing room available for our attendees. Please visit our help desk at registration for more information.
DIETARY INFORMATION
We are offering lunch, coffee, water, and snacks throughout the event. Please make sure to share any dietary restrictions during the registration process.
Yes, there will be priority seating in the keynote and breakout areas. Please look for staff members holding “Accessibility” signs, and they will guide you in the right direction.
Yes, ExCel, London is a wheelchair accessible venue. All restrooms are wheelchair accessible and locations of these can be found here along with details of parking facilities.
Yes, service animals are allowed and we kindly ask you review ExCel’s accessibility guide prior to the event.

Travel
We are not offering room blocks or any other type of accommodation for Config London. If you need accommodations please plan to book on your own. Check out ExCel's list of hotels where you can check available rates for the dates required. Please visit the venue website for more information on travel to the venue.
You will be prompted to request a visa letter once you complete your registration.
We recommend using public transportation via tfl London or your preferred rideshare service to get there. Please see below for closest Rail and Bus links to the venue:
- Custom House (ExCel) - This is the closest train station to ExCel, London via the DLR and Elizabeth Line. Buses also stop at the venue, please click here to plan your journey.
Parking is also available at the venue at a charge of £25 per day, per vehicle, per entry and subject to availability (blue badge holders are free of charge). All parking can be pre-booked at the venue.

For medical assistance, you can approach any of the ExCel team who can help you with a medical emergency or go to level 0 on the boulevard and down the stairs by Halls N4/S4.
The safety and security of Config attendees is our top priority. Everyone will be required to have their bag checked and valid government issued identification is required at badge-pickup.

Due to safety concerns, no one under the age of 18 will be permitted to register or be on site for Config London.
We will be following London, UK COVID guidelines when it comes to COVID safety. However, if you feel more comfortable wearing a mask during the event please feel free to do so, we will also have masks available for attendees at registration. As always, please stay home if you are experiencing any symptoms or have been exposed—we all need to do our part to keep one another healthy.
