General
Config will be held at Moscone Center South. Opens in a new tab in San Francisco from June 23–25, 2026. We recommend you use public transportation. Opens in a new tab or your preferred rideshare to get there. We will also have a bike valet to store your bike during conference hours.
You can expect three days packed with a lineup of speakers, fun brand activations, networking opportunities at Config Commons, and so much more.
Separate from the Config conference, there are events hosted by the Figma community where community members meet up and connect with one another. If you’re interested in hosting an event for Config 2026, please check back in the new year for more information.
Config is the conference for people who build products. That means product designers, product managers, developers, marketers, and just about anyone else who touches the product development process.
Your Config pass includes access to keynote and general sessions, Config Commons, plus some surprises along the way. Lunch, coffee, water, and snacks are included with your pass throughout both days of the event. Travel and lodging are not included.
Yes! Starting Tuesday, June 23, grab your badge, get your swag, and find your people. You can find Config Commons on Howard St., between Moscone North and Moscone South.
Yes, Config will be recorded. Keynotes will be recorded and available on YouTube. Opens in a new tab the same day. All breakout sessions will be recorded and available on YouTube after Config.

No, you can use the same email address that you used to register for Config 2025 on config.figma.com. There’s an option to reset your password if needed.

Attendees may cancel their ticket up until the day before the event.
If you cancel your ticket by May 22, 2026 at 11:59PM PT, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel your ticket after May 22, we will not be able to process a refund. Please reach out to our support team. Opens in a new tab to cancel your ticket.
Ticket transfers are permitted to another person in your organization. If you would like to transfer your ticket, please reach out to our support team. Opens in a new tab. Ticket transfers must be completed by May 22, 2026 at 11:59PM PT.
Yes, you can purchase up to 25 group tickets for your team at checkout. Once you've purchased group tickets, you’ll be able to distribute them immediately, or your can log back in at any time prior to the event to send email invites with individual registration codes and track invite status to see if your group invites are pending or registered.
Please note, your invited attendees will need to complete registration via the link they receive in the invitation email. They are not considered registered until they complete this step.
We accept most major credit cards. We cannot accept checks or wire transfers.

Yes, scholarships are available for students, teachers, and industry professionals. Please visit our application portal to apply for a Config scholarship. Applications are open through January 31st and recipients will be notified in February. Scholarship tickets are non-transferrable.

We have four Mamava nursing pods. Opens in a new tab available throughout Moscone South for use on event days. Information on access will be provided closer to the event.
Deaf/hard of hearing
Config offers ASL support across all of our stages. There will be priority seating for attendees who use ASL.
Prayer room and recharge space
We have a prayer room available on a first-come, first-served basis for a limited number of attendees as well as a device-free recharge space. More details on location and hours closer to the event.
Dietary information
We are offering lunch, coffee, water, and snacks throughout the event. We aim to accommodate all common allergies where possible.
Translation services
We will be offering live captioning services in a limited number of languages throughout the event. You can find more information below.
Yes, Moscone Center is a wheelchair accessible venue. There is a drop off cutout on the left curb of 3rd Street at Howard. Howard Street will be closed to traffic throughout Config 2026. All elevators and restrooms are wheelchair accessible. If you need assistance getting to the elevators, please look for staff holding “Accessibility” signs and they will be able to assist you.
Yes, service animals are allowed and we kindly ask that you adhere to Moscone’s service animal policies. Opens in a new tab.
We’re offering live captioning in Korean, Japanese, and English (CART) for the live Config event. If you are attending Config virtually, we will provide live captioning in Chinese (Mandarin), Spanish (España and Latinoamérica), French, Italian, German, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, Polish, and English (CC).

Yes, there are a limited number of rooms available for attendees on a first-come, first-served basis. Please reserve a room using the below links to your preferred property:

- Hilton Union Square. Opens in a new tab (15 minute walk or 12 minutes by public transportation)

- Caltrain - Station located at 4th & Townsend St. (20 minute walk to Moscone)

If you require a visa letter of invitation to attend Config, you can request a letter during the registration process.
You will be asked within the registration form if you need a visa letter to attend Config. If you select ”yes,” a personalized letter will be emailed to you after you complete registration.

For safety reasons, no one under the age of 18 will be permitted to register or be on site for Config.
The safety and security of Config attendees is our top priority. There will be security, metal detectors, and K-9 sweeps on the premises. Everyone will be required to pass through a metal detector and valid government issued identification is required at badge-pickup.
