Config will be held at Moscone Center South. Opens in a new tab in San Francisco May 6th-May 8th, 2025. We recommend you use public transportation. Opens in a new tab or your preferred rideshare to get there. We will also have a bike valet to store your bike during conference hours.
You can expect three days packed with a fantastic lineup of speakers, creative brand activations, partner-led content, networking opportunities at Config Commons, and so much more. Please know, there is no official Config after party.
Your Config pass includes access to keynote and general sessions, Config Commons, plus some surprises along the way. Lunch, coffee, water, and snacks are included with your pass throughout both days of the event. Travel and lodging are not included.

Yes! Even if you attended Config in 2024, you are required to create a new account when registering for Config 2025. If you have further questions around your account, please reach out to our support team. Opens in a new tab.
You can downgrade your ticket from in-person to virtual by logging into your Config account and clicking “My Profile.” Once you’re in your profile, you can update your ticket to virtual by clicking “Manage ticket.” We’ll automatically issue a refund up until May 5, 2025 at 5:00PM PT.
Attendees are permitted to cancel their ticket up until the day before the event. If you cancel your ticket by 5:00PM PST on Monday, May 5, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel after May 5, we will not be able to process a refund. You can cancel your ticket by logging into your Config account and clicking “My Profile.” Once you’re in your profile, you can cancel your ticket by clicking “Manage ticket.” We will auto issue a refund (please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear).

Yes, you can purchase up to 10 guest tickets for your team at checkout. Once you've purchased guest tickets, you will be able to log in to your Config account to manage tickets, send email invites with individual registration codes, and track invite status to see if your guest invites are pending or registered.
We accept most major credit cards. We cannot accept checks or wire transfers.

Accessibility
MOBILITY
Moscone Center South is an ADA compliant building. Opens in a new tab. If you require mobility assistance on site, there are a limited number of scooters available on a first-come, first-serve basis if you did not request one during registration. Scooters must be returned at the end of each conference day.

NURSING ROOM
We have four Mamava nursing pods. Opens in a new tab available throughout Moscone South for use on May 7th and 8th. The nursing pods are located on level 2, the exhibitor level, with two on lower mezzanine. The nursing pods can be accessed by code or by downloading the Mamava app. Opens in a new tab. Access codes are available at our help desk, located on the lobby level of Moscone North. Our Mamava pods include tissues, wipes, magazines, and hand sanitizer for your comfort. Please note, these Mamava pods do not have refrigerators nor sinks in them. Moscone South, including the nursing pods, will not be accessible during Config Commons on May 6th.
DEAF/HARD OF HEARING
Config offers ASL support across all of our stages. There will be priority seating for attendees who use ASL. If you need assistance, please visit our Help Desk on the lobby level of Moscone North.
PRAYER ROOM
We have a prayer room available on a first-come, first-served basis for a limited number of attendees.

RECHARGE SPACE
We have a dedicated recharge space available on a first-come, first-served basis for a limited number of attendees. The room will feature low lighting, sensory tools, and ambient sounds. Please note, this is a device-free room as screens may cause disruption to others. Additionally, this space should not be used to take meetings.

DIETARY INFORMATION
We are offering lunch, coffee, water, and snacks throughout the event. You will receive a water bottle at registration to refill throughout the duration of Config. Keep a look out for hydration stations throughout Moscone.
Please make sure to share any dietary restrictions during the registration process.

Yes, there is an accessible registration line within the Moscone North lobby. We’ll also have staff holding “Accessibility” signs and our dedicated, accessible registration line will have accessible-height registration counters.
Yes, there will be priority seating in the keynote and breakout rooms. Please look for staff members holding “Accessibility” signs, and they will guide you in the right direction.
Yes, Moscone Center is a wheelchair accessible venue. There is a drop off cutout on the left curb of 3rd Street at Howard. Howard Street will be closed to traffic throughout Config 25. All elevators and restrooms are wheelchair accessible. If you need assistance getting to the elevators, please look for staff holding “Accessibility” signs and they will be able to assist you.
Yes, service animals are allowed and we kindly ask you adhere to Moscone’s service animal policies. Opens in a new tab.
We do not offer 1:1 ASL interpreters for our attendees, but we do offer ASL support across all of our stages. We will also have an ASL representative on site at our Help Desk for further assistance. There will be priority seating for attendees who use ASL. If you need assistance, please visit our Help Desk on the lobby level of Moscone North.
Travel
Thank you for your interest in our Config room block. Our room block is currently sold out but please consider booking directly with one of the many hotels in the area!
You will be prompted to request a visa letter once you complete your registration.
The Figma team is not able to assist with accommodation changes. Please coordinate with your hotel directly to make any changes to your stay.

- BART - Powell St Station and Montgomery St Station are both two blocks away from Moscone.

If you need medical assistance, please visit First Aid/EMT on the Exhibitor Level of Moscone South. If you need immediate assistance, please call 415-978-3511 to reach our security control room or pick up a white house phone located throughout the building.
The safety and security of Config attendees is our top priority. There will be security, metal detectors, and K-9 sweeps on the premises. Everyone will be required to pass through a metal detector and valid government issued identification is required at badge-pickup.

Due to safety concerns, no one under the age of 18 will be permitted to register or be on site for Config.
We will be following San Francisco COVID guidelines. Opens in a new tab when it comes to COVID safety, and we will have masks available for attendees at registration. While encouraged, vaccination and masks will not be required at Config 2025. Should the need arise, we reserve the right to implement testing and masks before the event. If so, attendees will receive ample notification. As always, please stay home if you are experiencing any symptoms or have been exposed—we all need to do our part to keep one another healthy.
