How is this event different from the annual conference?
We hosted Config, our first user conference, earlier this year and brought our whole community together to share and learn from each other. We plan to do that every year, but we also want to connect and hear from you more frequently than that.
Config Europe was born from an idea of taking a(mini) conference on the road to communities all over the world. For our first one, we planned to go to Europe this Fall. The event will still focus on Europe but, since it is online, it is open to everyone.
We hope you’ll join us for Config Europe in September— and our main Config global user conference in early 2021.
What can I expect?
You can expect a great lineup of speakers, opportunities to network with other attendees, space to ask your burning Figma questions, and to connect with people from all other the world.
We believe that everyone should have equal opportunity to fully participateand will do our best to make our event accessible to all attendees. We will provide closed captioning wherever possible and will work with speakers to ensure presentations are accessible to attendees with vision impairment or low vision. For this specific event all content will be in English.
What is expected of me?
We have a Code of Conduct that applies to all Figma community spaces, both online and off. We expect all Config Europe attendees to adhere to the Code of Conduct before, during, and after the conference.
Who can attend?
Config Europe is open(and free) to anyone! Whether you’re a Figma enthusiast or brand new, part of a huge organization or a team of one, live in Europe or elsewhere — there’s something at Config Europe for you.
When does registration open and close?
Registration opens on Monday, the 24th of August and closes Thursday, the 10th of September.
