Dylan Field is the co-founder and CEO of Figma. Dylan studied computer science and mathematics at Brown University where he and his co-founder, Evan Wallace, first started experimenting with design tools built on (and for) the web. With funding from a Thiel fellowship, they began Figma. Prior to Figma, Dylan interned at O'Reilly Media, LinkedIn, and Flipboard.

Alex Mullans is a Product Lead at Figma, where he builds the platforms & infrastructure that power Figma’s AI and code experiences. He’s a longtime developer-tools person (GitHub, DoorDash, Pulumi, Microsoft) and is most at home on the messy boundary between product and infrastructure. These days, he spends his time thinking about agents, code, extensibility, and how new technology can help more people turn ideas into working software. He lives in Seattle.

Arjun Singh is the Co-founder and CEO of Gully Labs, an Indian sneaker design house rooted in Indian craft and design. Since 2023, he has grown Gully Labs across D2C, retail and international markets, while collaborating with global and cultural brands. Previously, Arjun worked across investment banking, venture capital and startups, including at J.P. Morgan. He studied Electronics and Communication Engineering at NSIT, Delhi, and is focused on building globally relevant consumer brands from India.

Ashish Kashyap is a product designer and maker based in Bengaluru. He’s the founding designer at Indent, where he leads product, design, and brand for AI agents built for engineering teams. He’s also the creator of Pikaicons, a hand-drawn library of 5,000+ icons used by companies like Zoho, Juspay, and Fashion Nova. Ashish is most interested in craft, building from zero to one, and putting ideas into the world before they feel completely ready. He believes some of the best opportunities come simply from making things, sharing them, and letting people discover the work.

Daisuke Sakai, born in Japan in 1978, graduated from the University of Tokyo's Department of Mechanical and Information Engineering. He co-founded teamLab in 2001, an international art collective exploring the convergence of art, science, and technology. With exhibitions in 27+ countries, teamLab pioneers global art and advances technology in system development and digital content creation. He is committed to pushing boundaries and redefining the possibilities of interdisciplinary collaboration.

Devdatta Akhawe serves as our Chief Security Officer, leading Figma’s platform security, production engineering, internal tools, and growth and monetization technical efforts. Prior to joining Figma in 2020, he held engineering and security leadership positions at Dropbox and graduated with a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley.

Dilip Punjabi leads Figma’s go-to-market efforts in India. An early member of Figma’s APAC team in Singapore, he moved back to India to establish the company’s India business and build its founding team. With 15 years of experience across technology and SaaS, Dilip has worked with organizations across industries to shape how they build, scale and transform their businesses. Prior to Figma, he held roles at LinkedIn and Mixpanel. Today, he is focused on growing Figma’s presence and community across India.

Harshil Mathur co-founded Razorpay in 2014 with Shashank Kumar after recognizing the challenges of online payments in India. An IIT Roorkee graduate and former Schlumberger engineer, Harshil left his job to simplify online payments and build financial infrastructure for businesses. Today, Razorpay powers digital payments for millions of businesses and has expanded into a full-stack fintech platform. Harshil has been recognized by Forbes Asia, Fortune 40 Under 40, EY Entrepreneur of the Year, and Forbes 30 Under 30 Asia.

Kaushal Cavale is a Principal Engineer & Frontend Architect building scalable SaaS platforms, enterprise design systems, and AI-integrated user experiences. He helps product teams move faster by designing frontend platforms that balance velocity, accessibility, and long-term sustainability. At Freshworks, he works across products and teams on design systems, micro frontend architecture, and frontend observability. He’s particularly interested in AI-native product design, including conversational interfaces, agent-driven workflows, and RAG-based systems.

Ken Vreman is a Designer Advocate who has worked agency side, in-house, and ran his own company before realising the common thread was always chasing whatever was new in design.
That chase led him down a deep AI rabbit hole, and eventually to joining the Figma Weave crew, where he helps companies and designers figure out what AI can do for them.
Along the way he's made video tutorials and hosted a bunch of community events where designers could get their hands dirty together.

Prior to joining Figma, she spent nine years at Meta, where she held product and design leadership roles across Messenger, Instagram and GenAI initiatives. Before Loredana’s career in product and design, she was a musician and sound engineer.

Dr. Pratyush Kumar is the CEO and Co-founder of Sarvam, and a leading voice in India’s AI ecosystem. He previously built AI4Bharat and OneFourth Labs, advancing open-source AI for Indian languages and contributing to the broader research community. Before Sarvam, he was a researcher at Microsoft Research and IBM, working on machine learning and natural language processing. He has authored 89+ research papers at leading conferences and journals. He holds degrees from IIT Bombay and ETH Zurich and is focused on building AI that reaches every corner of India.

Sriharsha Majety is the Group CEO and Managing Director of Swiggy Ltd, India’s pioneering on-demand convenience platform. Founded in 2014, Swiggy caters to millions of consumers monthly, aiming to elevate urban quality of life through unparalleled convenience. Sriharsha co-founded Swiggy after starting in investment banking and launching Bundl, a logistics startup. Under his leadership, Swiggy evolved into a multi-service platform offering food delivery, quick commerce (Instamart), and Dineout across India. Tarun Mehta graduated from IIT Madras with a degree in Engineering Design (2012) and co-founded Ather Energy with Swapnil Jain in 2013. As CEO, Tarun leads product, business, and growth with a vision of delivering the best experience to Ather’s customers. Driven by his interest in electric vehicles, he helped develop India’s first smart electric scooter and has worked to accelerate EV adoption through charging infrastructure and supplier ecosystems. He received the AIMA Young Entrepreneur Award (2023) and was named to Forbes 30 Under 30 (2018) and Fortune 40 Under 40 for five years.
